We upgraded the java on the R12 dev instance to java 7 while the prod and staging are still java 6. After we install and access dev using java 7, the prod and staging apps ask if you want to use the latest java. For those who select the older version for the first time are ok to use the app with the older java. But those who try to use the latest Java get the "FRM-92095: Oracle Jinitiator version too low" error when accessing the prod app and the only option for them is to remove the java 7.
