Is the APPS object FA_BALANCE_REPS still valid for Oracle Fixed Assets product 12.0.0, Patch Set Lev

We are testing the upgrade of our sytem from 11i to 12.1.3.  I've completed the Diagnostics: Apps Check report for Assets which shows the following objects invalid:

FA_BALANCE_REPS

FA_JOURNALS_PKG

I understand, from DocID 1078410.1 that package body FA_JOURNALS_PKG is obsolete in release 12.  However, I am unable to find any information on the Apps package body FA_BALANCE_REPS.  The message given immediately following the invalid object FA_BALANCE_REPS follows:

Errors for PACKAGE BODY FA_BALANCE_REPS

PLS-00201: identifier 'FA_MHC_EXT_PKG.MHC_ENABLED' must be declared
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
PLS-00201: identifier 'FA_MHC_EXT_PKG.MHC_ENABLED' must be declared
