Updated Custom Opportunity Picklist

When you update the picklist for a custom picklist field does it not update in Analytics immediately?   I changed a custom field with Market in order to standardize how this field is used across Leads, Customers and opportunities.  Example original picklist values Aviation, Energy, Industrial, New Picklist values AVIATION, ENERGY, INDUSTRIAL.  I exported the opportinuties and imported the Market Upcased using the row id.  When I run with a column selector on Market everything is now unspecified.   I can only surmise that the analytics needs to be updated tonight for this to work correctly.  The data in the opportunity screen is showing
