Object comparison between Siebel eCommunications 8.0.0.9 and 8.1.1.9

Team,

 We are in a migration process from 8.0.0.9 to 8.1.1.9. We have to freeze for some days all the evolutive and corrective developments in order to setup a stable 8.1.1.9 pre-production environment.
After that and by doing several testing, development in 8.0.0.9 will continue in parallel with the setup of 8.1.1.9 and we will need to merge specific objects (BO, BC, applets, links, WF, etc.) from 8.0.0.9 into 8.1.1.9 environment.

We need to know if there is a possibility to:

* import a .sif file against destination server (from 8.0.0.9 to 8.1.1.9)

* compare a .sif file against destination server (from 8.0.0.9 to 8.1.1.9)
