Consolidated Patch List

The resources for identifying all of the current patches that need to be applied to a system are over-complicated, and vague.  There are multiple documents that must be researched to compile a list of all current patches, and the documents may or may not have overlapping patch information.  In addition, the documents may or may not include all procurement modules.  For example,the most recent RPC includes a list of supplemental patches for PO, ICX, and PON.  The supplemental patches identified by the RPC document are different than the other recommended patch documents (Purchase Order and Requisition Processing (1358356.1), Purchasing Approvals (1122052.1), iProcurement (1399131.1),
