US PAY: Vertex Update 1.8.13 Supplemental Withholding over $1 Million

In testing the Vertex update that was released today, it appears that the Supplemental Withholding rate for wages over $1 Million is not correct.  It should be 39.6%, however our testing returned values of 33% on a $2 Million supplemental bonus payment.  Will there be an additional Vertex update to correct this?

Note: For wages under $1 Million, the supplemental rate was correct at 25%.
