Patch 13343471 requires OPatch version 10.2.0.5.0.

I wnat to apply patch p13343471_10205_HP64 to my HPUX server that is currently at 10.2.0.5.0.  When I run OPatch I get the above error and it sayss to download the latest opatch (10.2.0.5.0) - how do I get that?
