How to Open A closed Po

We have got an issue where the unreceipted portion of a PO was cancelled and the PO got closed. Now we want to cancel the PO but unable to return the partial receipts as the PO is closed. Is there any way we can reopen the closed PO. Control action shows only Finally Close option.We are in 11i.
