How to redirect 12cR1 agents to new OMS 12cR2 OMS

We chose a clean install instead of an upgrade for our 12c OEM environment.  The new OMS and repository are all 12cR2.  
How do I change the upload URL for my old agents?  

Once I've redirected the upload I plan to run the agent upgrade from the 12cR2 console.  

Is this approach going to work?

I want to avoid removing and reinstalling the agents throughout my enterprise.
