Using Tools 8.98.4.5. Will be using WebLogic 10.3.5 installed on a Windows 2008 SP1 OS. It states in the MTR's that JDeveloper 11.1.1.2 must be used. However, went to download it, and cannot find it on the download or edelivery site. Where do you download this specific version of JDeveloper?
