Quantity mismatch in a work order job status and material requirements

Hi Friends,
We have a work order 'MSH -975050' which has been mistakenly completed with 2 quantities instead of 1.
So, we did a WIP Return for the components (from WIP Material Transaction) and found the completed quantity under job history still showing 2 as completed.
So, we returned 1 quantity from Move Transactions. Now the job history shows 1 job completed and 1 job remaining. But Material Requirements screen shows all quantities are still open.
Please advise.
