upgrade physical memory upgradation in existing LDOM of T6320 Blade disabling the MCU

Hi,
in blade T6320 with 16 GB (4*4GB) is running fine, when we are upgrading it at 32 GB (8*4GB) is disabling MCU and not powering on,

How can we fix this issue, how can we add memory in this scenario,
