Contract Employee Creation

 Hi Experts,
     We want to create contract(External) Employee.
Business Need:
1.We are using CRM Sales Modules.
2.We have contract emloyee to work in CRM but to work in crm sales he/she need to be defined as employee.
3.But  employee creation in hrms only have option to create On_Role or Internal Employees.
4.How to map this(How to create or capture contract employee)
