Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

How to distinguish between Requesting Department and Repairing Department. we have only one field that is Asset Owing Department.

is there any way I can find work requests separately based on Requesting department and Repairing Department.
