Database Perfromance Degradation

Under the heavy workload of OLTP style we have noticed significant perfomance degradation. Here is our landscape/setup:

Oracle Stack:
Oracle Database EE 11.2.0.3 using encrypted tablespaces, Transparent Data Encryption
Oracle RAC One Node 11.2.0.3
Oracle ASM 11.2.0.3
Redo files, ASM group is Redo_logs sized 10 GB with underlying one 10 GB LUN on HP EVA
Data files and Control files, ASM group is Data sized 5 TB with underlying three LUNs (2 TB, 2 TB, 1 TB) on HP EVA
OCR files, ASM group is OCR sized 1 GB with underlying one 1 GB LUN on HP EVA
Voting Disk files, ASM group is Vote sized 1 GB with underlying one 1 GB LUN on HP EVA
