11i to 12.1.3 upgrade - Post Upgrade Functional Tasks

Hi Team

We are upgrading from 11i to 12.1.3.

I want to know after the instance is upgraded, what are the functional activities need to be completed before handing over the same to users.

I have downloaded couple of PDF files from metalink but could not found any such details.

One activity I know is assigning balancing segments to LE's. Can anyone please help me on such activities need to be carried out ?

I am looking details for for GL module.
