How to run the UNICODE Conversion on IBM i 7.1 POWER System

Hi,
I have install the E1 9.1 without changing the CCSID 13488.

we are facing the Error in Style master Creation, Oracle support engineer is mentioning it may be because of  CCSID.

1. How can we set the CCSID to 13488 instead of setting the QCCSID ?.

2. How can we run the UNICODE Conversion so existing data and BSFN converted into UNICODE  Compatibility ?.
