EB Tax regime issue-reg

Hi
We have end dated a Tax regime with an very old date(1/1/1952) and after that we are unable to see the tax information in the invoices which have used this Tax regime from front end.

Could you please let us know how this can be reverted back as we are unable to change the 'effective to' date?
