Woorkbook Wizard behaviour

When I create a new workbook, the system automatically feeds the fields in the wizard with the values used the last time.
Is it possible to start with a new empty wizard and not with a pre-valorized one?

Have I to set something in the configuration/in woorkbook/ in some environment file or variables?

My RPAS version is: 13.3.1.2
