"Item must be supplied by source" error in staged_message table in SIM

Hi,

We have a transfer created in RMS which is from a store to warehouse.The corresponding message stuck into staged_message table in SIM with this error.

Please find the below snapshot od the summarized error.
" ...

Caused by: oracle.retail.sim.closed.common.BusinessException: Item must be supplied by source

....."


I have checked where this item is active in SIM and has supplier.

Can you please suggest what is causing this issue.
