Recycling EDR without Header & Trailer Record

Hi,

i am using only detail section for rating a cdr and it is working fine. we configured recycling part also for this using custom grammar files. Now the issue is suspense status is not getting updated. For Recycling HEADER & TRAILER Section are mandatory part ?

currently my recycle cdr contains only 020 record and 720 record.
