Intranet Hyperlink on iProcurement Home Page

Hello,
Client is asking that I place a hyperlink to an intranet page on the iProcurement Home Page within Purchasing News region so that the users can access a list of MBE suppliers currently registered with their MBE office. Has anyone added a hyperlink to this region before?
