9536019: 12: Linux x86-64: ERROR generating library ARXRAATR.pll
Patch 9536019 is erroring with the following:

ERROR generating library "resource/ARXRAATR.plx" from input file
/lin/oraapps/LINPRJ/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/ARXRAATR.pll

Results of library generation:
(from file /lin/oraapps/LINPRJ/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/ARXRAATR.err
AD Worker has deleted the original .err file)
