Territory Manager: Unable to find named account territory type for defining named account territory

We are unable to  find the seeded  "named account" territory type for defining named account territory.

According to Metalink Note:781517.1 we need to run a migration script  to get this territory type to shop up. We have already run the script but it did not work.

Any help is appreciated.
