Dimension Attributes not available in "select display sort attributes"

In RPAS 13.3.1.7, Classic Client, I've run into a bug where some but not all Dimension Attributes that I've defined are not available in "select disply sort attributes".

The "size sort sequence" attributes that I defined at the lowest level of the hierarchy are available, but attributes I've defined on some alternate size rollups are not.

Are there any tricks I can use to force the attributes to be available as a temporary workaround?
