1 product with multiple prices and importing the data

Hello all,

I have been task to enter our product database.  There is only about 3000 items but each item has several prices based on distributor code.  I have read that I can make a price list for each product but how does this work?

The price list form has a header and Price List line items area.  If I have product with name A1.  Do I put A1 as the Price list name?  And then add Price list line items with the same name but different prices?

I have this data in a spreadsheet.  Can I import this data?  If so, is there a specific format for the columns since there needs to be a header and details information for each product?
