Dependent ages out life event - doesn't trigger

 I have setup the dependent ages out life event- but the life event doesnt trigger when i run "Maintain designee eligibility" process or the employee. Also, i do not see Maintain designee eligibility process putting an end date on either of this tables...BEN_ELIG_CVRD_DPNTS_F or BEN_ELIG_DPNT.

This is how it is setup:
Life event reason: Dependent ages out
Type: Personal
Life event treatment:Do Not Detect Past or Future Temporal Events
timeless evaluation: Process Potential Life Event Manually
timeliness days: 31
occurred date determination: Date Event Occurred


check related person ages eligibility --is checked..
