Extending EBS R12.1.3 using APEX,

  The article "Extending Oracle E-business Suite Release 12 using Oracle Application Express [

Revision 1]" indicates (page 3 of 35) that patch 12316083 is needed for a custom function

to successfully use HTML call: GWY.jsp?targetAppType=APEX to call APEX. 

  This patch indicates it is for 12.1.1 (instead of 12.1.3 which we have). 

Is it OK (safe) and teh correct patch to install in our QUAL (test) instance

to be able to call an APEX screen from EBS navigator?
