Hi

In Service request form customer addresses showing in LOV are not existsing in the operating unit. given below is the example:

I am using one customer from USA in Service Request form. Actually, I am creating a SR in Mexico OU.

We do not have US Customer details in Mexico OU. Still, I am able to select the US Customer in Mexico OU. Is there any way to Restrict this based on Org.

We have already raised a Service Request #3-1445953871 in 2010-Feb. In This SR, Oracle suggested for this issue apply a patch #6643256.

We have already applied this patch in one of the Dev instance (DianaC4) and the recommended solution not working. Request you to suggest any other alternate solution for this issue.
