US PAY: Adjust Tax Balance form not calculating Medicare ER

We are on 11.5.10.2 and recent changes to system are 2012YEPhase2 and Enhanced+Wage Accum. For some reason Adjust Tax Balance form no longer calculating Medicare ER based on Medicare EE. Did something changed recently? Pls let me know
