Shipped Date is diffrent on the Accural

On the offer earned amount the order's shipped date is coming with the order's Request Date instead of the actual shipment date.  If the actual shipment date is greater than the Request date than the accrual order's shipped date.  Please let me know if any one experiencing same issues.
