HI,

"GenNewDb" job is active and is stuck at "copying template /siebel/siebsrvr/dbtempl/sse_utf8.dbf to /siebel/siebsrvr/dbtempl/db45r19.002/sse_utf8.dbf" forever. No errors.

How can I fix this?
