BIP jobs are not showing up in 11g

Hi Team,
We have performed the upgrade from 10g to 11g i.e., 11.1.1.6.6 version.

We see that the reports are not showing up in the front end of the application.

There are jobs present in the XMLP_SCHED_JOBS table.

Can any one know wheere the issue is  or do we need to configure any changes?
