Unable to connect HFM through Excel

Hi HFM Experts,

We have frequent issue -
Unable to connect HFM through Excel and getting Error message
"Invalid Session. One possibility is that the connection has timed out. Login again."

Workaround:
Restart of "The Hyperion Financial Management - Web Service Manager" resolve issue.

But need to know why this time out occurs and how to FIX this ???
