Hi,

error while applying patch 9239090 to upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3

   FAILED: file ibysppmtlgrl.ldt on worker  3 for product iby username APPS.


The log file is showing :  US_ibysppmtlgrl_ldt.log
