Best Practice of All - Regularly Upgrade Your OSM installation Into Latest Patch of OSM

Especially this is pre-production development OSM, it is saddening to see customer is going to production using GA version of OSM and now the patch number for that release of OSM is 19.
Always download latest OSM patch and check the readme of that patch and see if any fixes apply to you. Spending 4 hours every month to install the patch is worth it.
