Translated Balance in GL_daily_Balances table - GL Configuration

Appreciate if any of you help me with Configuration for GL Translation Process.

How do i populate translated balance in GL_daily_Balances table  for the following columns

EOD_of_day 1 to 35                  ( this column used for translated balances )

Quartely_aggregate 1 to 35     ( this column used for translated balances )

Year_aggregate 1.35                ( this column used for translated balances )

Please provide me the complete setup details with navigation and prerequisite if any.
