Data Template territory issue

Hi All,

I am facing a problem related to template territory. I added a new template file in Existing data template for Sweden territory but it does not recognise the swedish template, always prints the default template. We have 4 other templates files for UK,Ireland and Germany and 1 file is default file.  For UK ,Germany and Ireland It takes the correct template but for Sweden it does not.Am I missing something somewhere?
