Control Account Posting?

Hello,

Is it possible to 'lock down' specific account code combinations so that manual or spreadsheet journals can't be posted to them?  For example, the Trade Accounts Receivable Account, can this be set up so that only the subledger enties post there and no manual entries post?  We are on the 11i platform. 

Any assistance would be appreciated.
