SGD: How to send/show a message to all active users?

Is there a possibility to initiate (as SGD administrator) a message (as a broadcast messages)  to all users who are currently active with a SGD session? The message should have to be seen in the SGD desktop window. (and might be helpful:  activates this window in foreground.)
