Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. funds available inquiry showing funds for all accounts including non-budget

Hi,

When i query all accounts in fund available inquiry window,the accounts which are not listed in budget ,showing amount in funds available column?why?
