Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. AME Setup: No Data found Error while creating Grants

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3 and trying to set AME Roles and Grants as mentioned in DOC ID: 434567.1

We were able to assign Role to users as specified.

Now we are trying to grant AME transaction types to the user as mentioned in the doc.

We created a Grant as mentioned below:

Grant Transaction Types access to users using Functional Administrator Responsibility:

Go To Functional Administrator Responsibility => Security => Grants =? Create Grant
Enter the name of the Grant as – “XX All Transactions Types Grant “, effective start date as current date
In Security Context Tab => Select Grantee Type as All Users
In the Data Security Tab => Select Object as – “AME Transaction Types” and click Next
