We are upgrading our EBS Environment from database 10.2.0.4 to 11GR2.

we have successfully upgraded but we need to know if these patches are absolutely needed or can we skip them,based on the readme's as the readme's suggest that they are not applicable to the current version of apps that we are running which is 12.1.3.
