SLA Source Code with State information from the Issuer

Hi Folks,

I have a requeriment to derive one segment with SLA,  I need to take the Issuer' s CITY from  AR Transaction instead of the Customer's City information.

the application has the source code "BILL_CUST_CITY" - Bill To Customer City, but I didn't find other source to take from the Issuer side.
