Data Pump failing on export of tables with encrypted columns

Hello,

Version of Oracle is 10.2.0.2.  I am attempting to export a schema to a dump file.  Several of the table in the schema have encrypted columns.  I know Data Pump should export encrypted data, but the export fails on these tables.  I've run the export with the encrypted tables excluded, and the export works.  I have tested the export in our DEV environment also for the encrypted tables and it works there.  I have an SR open with Oracle, and have tried several of their recommended solutions which have not resolved the issue.  Their final suggestion is to reinstall the Data
