Update Ship to location in Autocreate PO through AME

Hi,
I had a situation to update the Ship to location on Autocreate Purchase order through Approval Management Engine (AME) instead of modifying the workflow my question 

1) Is It possible to update the ship to location for Autocreate PO in AME ? IF so how ? As per my knowledge we can write rules,attributes,condition,action types by writing the select queries and getting the values .

Version is 12.1.3
