Automatic Receipts for Direct Debit for installment invoices

We have installement invoices. For e.g. $300 invoice with payment of $100 after 30 days, $100 after 60 days and $100 after 90 days. Customer may decide to pay $100 for the second installment first. Is there a way to pass the installment number when creating automatic receipts from AR User->Receipts->Batches?
