JMS PERFORMANCE DEGRADES AS 'FILE STORE' SIZE GROWS.

 Found a bug 8186074 against this issue and it got fixed in all the versions of WLS, but not able to find patch number or port bug for WLS 10.3.1 version. Please advice.
