Error while running R98403

We are facing issues while running R98403/XJDE0021 for a table F57021B..purpose is to get business data from PD to PY.

Also we are unable to view the table from UTB when we logged in to PY environment but able to view the same when we logged in to PD with the same login.

Please advise.
