FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table does not exist

Hi,

After compile schema option using adadmin utility, I am facing below error.

Please help me, how to re create The FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table.

Error: The FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table does not exist.

Error log:
This table is used for communication with the
worker processes, and if it does not exist, it
means that the workers are not running,because
the ad utility has not started them yet.
